Before the apps launch
Avyloft is currently in development. There are no public app accounts, subscriptions or store purchases to troubleshoot yet. This page will expand with device, offline-data, account and billing help before those features become available.
Useful details for a product report
- Note the Avyloft version shown in Settings and your device platform.
- Confirm the device has enough free storage for offline scenery.
- Retry on a stable network, or continue with the built-in offline map.
- Review camera, location, motion, photo or notification access in device Settings.
- Export records before deleting local data or reinstalling a development build.
Do not send diary text, personal photos, precise location, passwords, signing credentials or payment details in an ordinary support email.

Avyloft is not an operational or emergency service. For immediate safety concerns, follow cabin-crew instructions and contact the appropriate local emergency service. For flight changes, boarding, baggage or connections, use your airline or airport’s authoritative channels.
